In accordance with our terms of service, excess resource usages can result in account suspension, charges for the unagreed usages or both. The current cost of excess usage is $5.00 per GB in additional the unagreed usage fee which is $5.00.
Here are some tips which may help reduce your resource usage without having to upgrade or purchase any additional resources:
1. Ensure you regularly download your mail instead of keeping it on the server
2. Delete unwanted files such as temporary files, redundant/out of date backups, etc
3. Ensure you have cleared your mailboxes of spam
4. Make sure you have no unwanted installations of scripts
General maintenance of your hosting account plays an important role in keeping your account running optimally and securely. If you need any help with any of the above let us know.
If any of the above tips fail to reduce disk space usage, you can purchase additional disk space at a cost of $2.00/GB. An additional 10GB of disk space for example would be an additional $20/month.
